• Who runs this website

  This website belongs to Ali Rose Events Co., a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario in the name of Ali Scott, working from Cobourg across Northumberland County.

• What is collected

  • Your name, email address and the event details you send through the enquiry form or the package builder.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us while we are planning with you.
  • Basic website analytics, which tell us which pages people read.
  • Client account and planning information, for clients using the private planner.

• What it is used for

  • Replying to your enquiry and planning your event.
  • Running consultations, proposals, bookings and the planning that follows.
  • Improving the website.
  • Sending planning notes, only if you ticked the box asking for them.

  Your details are not sold, and they are not passed to anyone who is not working on your event.

• Changing your mind

  If you asked for planning notes and would rather not have them, every one carries an unsubscribe link, or you can write and ask. You can also ask what information is held about you, and ask for it to be deleted.
