The Rosebud: the day itself
This one is for the host who has already done the planning. You booked the venue, chose the caterer and settled the playlist argument. What you want now is someone else holding the clipboard.
The Rosebud covers up to 10 hours of coordination on the day. Before it, I walk through the venue and review your timeline, because that is where a plan's gaps tend to hide: a photographer booked to arrive after the first look, or a caterer who needs the kitchen an hour before the venue opens it. On the day I handle the vendor communication, oversee setup and breakdown, and deal with whatever goes sideways so it does not land on you.
It suits elopements, micro-weddings and intimate celebrations.
The Signature Bloom: the decisions that matter
Everything in The Rosebud, plus help with the choices that shape the event:

The budget part needs one sentence of explanation. You pay your vendors directly, and I keep track of what is committed, what is paid and what is still owed, so the caterer's final balance two weeks out is a line you saw coming.
The timeline is built around your date and your town, and some of its deadlines belong to the municipality rather than a vendor. The Municipality of Port Hope asks for a special event permit application at least ninety days before an event on its property (Municipality of Port Hope, Planning an Event, checked September 13, 2026). A civil ceremony at Victoria Hall needs a valid Ontario marriage licence in the Town of Cobourg's hands at least 10 days before the ceremony (Town of Cobourg, Marriages, checked September 13, 2026). Dates like those go on the timeline first.

Some events do not fit a package, and that is fine. The package builder lets you choose services one at a time: contract review assistance, venue scouting with tours of up to three venues, rehearsal coordination, vendor meeting attendance, welcome gift coordination, or RSVP and guest list management with seating charts and dietary needs. Where to start
Six to twelve months ahead is comfortable for a wedding or a large event, and two to three months for a smaller celebration. Send the enquiry form with your date, your town and a rough guest count.
